Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms form an agreement between you (the business using the service, and the people you authorise to use it) and Aanissguppy Private Limited, which operates AANISSGUPPY. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the activity of the agents and administrators you add. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. What the service does

AANISSGUPPY reads incoming support tickets, categorises and prioritises them, detects sentiment, drafts responses from the knowledge you connect, and routes or resolves tickets according to the configuration you choose. The scope of features available depends on your plan.

4. AI-generated responses and your responsibility

Drafts and automated actions are generated by software and are a tool to assist your team, not a substitute for your judgement. By default every reply requires human approval. If you enable automatic sending, you do so for the categories and confidence thresholds you configure, and you remain responsible for the communications sent from your account to your customers. We don't guarantee that any individual draft or classification is free of error.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content to your customers.
• Don't attempt to breach security, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with its operation.
• Don't upload content or data you don't have the right to process, and don't use the service to build a competing product.
• Ensure you have a lawful basis to process the support data you connect, and that you handle your customers fairly.

6. Data ownership

The support content and knowledge you connect remains yours. You grant us the permissions needed to process it in order to provide the service. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, and we don't use your private support content to serve other customers.

7. Plans, fees, and trials

Paid plans are priced to the volume of tickets processed, as described on our pricing page. Trials are provided without commitment. Fees for paid plans are due for the billing period you select; if your usage consistently moves into a higher volume range, we'll work with you to move to the appropriate plan rather than applying punitive overage charges.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and performing well, and provide support at the level attached to your plan. From time to time we may carry out maintenance or update features; we aim to avoid disruption and to give notice of significant changes where practical.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or where required to protect the service or comply with law. On termination you can request export of your data within a reasonable window before it is deleted per our retention schedule.

10. Liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the period giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

As the service evolves we may revise these terms. Where a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify account administrators. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
