Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AANISSGUPPY handles, why, and how we protect it - both the data we hold about you as a customer, and the support data you entrust to us to process on your behalf.

Who this policy is from

AANISSGUPPY is operated by Aanissguppy Private Limited. This policy applies to the AANISSGUPPY website and the AANISSGUPPY customer support platform. Where we act on instructions from a business customer to process their end-customers' support data, that customer is the controller of that data and we act as their processor.

The two kinds of data we handle

1. Account and website data

When you sign up, contact us, or browse the site, we collect the information you provide - such as your name, work email, company, role, and the details you share about your support needs - along with basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.

2. Support data processed on your behalf

To triage, draft responses, detect sentiment, and route tickets, the platform processes the support content our customers connect to it: incoming ticket messages, the knowledge base articles and resolved-ticket history a customer provides, and the processing metadata the engine generates (category, sentiment, routing decisions).

Why we process it

  • To provide the core functions of the platform - reading, tagging, drafting, and routing tickets.
  • To generate responses grounded in a customer's own knowledge base and resolved tickets.
  • To produce analytics on response time, resolution, sentiment trends, and workload for the customer.
  • To operate, secure, support, and improve the service, and to communicate with you about your account.

How AI processing works here

Drafts and triage decisions are generated from the specific knowledge and ticket context a customer connects. We do not sell support data, and we do not use one customer's private support content to answer another customer's tickets. Automatic sending of a reply to an end-customer happens only where the customer has explicitly enabled it, for the categories they approve, above a confidence threshold they set.

Retention

Account and contact data is kept for as long as your relationship with us is active and as needed to meet legal and operational obligations. Support data is retained according to the retention window our customer configures; when data is deleted, that deletion is propagated across our systems and backups on a defined schedule.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped to what a role requires, and sensitive administrative actions are logged. Full detail on our safeguards is set out on our Security page.

Sharing and sub-processors

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform - such as infrastructure and email delivery providers - under agreements that bind them to protect it and use it only to provide their service to us. We may disclose data where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of the account data we hold about you, and object to or restrict certain processing. Where we process support data on behalf of a business customer, requests from that customer's end-customers should be directed to that customer as the controller, and we will support them in responding.

International handling

We are based in India and may process data using infrastructure in other regions. Where data moves across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards to keep it protected to the standard described here.
